About Us

Casa Montessori is a dedicated team of Montessori-trained educators under the direction of Sorour and Rosita, who are likewise Montessori-trained, and know what motivates guides, what they value in an organisation, and how ethnic and neuro-diversity plays into staff members’ experiences in teams. We know that values-based work is highly rewarding, but also emotionally demanding. We place staff wellbeing at the forefront of our policies, give trained staff agency and leeway over their classroom and approach, and support everyone to cultivate their areas of interest through formal and informal professional development. Our nurturing approach ensures there is continuity and stability within the team, vital for young children’s emotional development, and for continuous quality improvement in the school.
