Casa is a full-day, all-year setting for children in our local community. We have well-established Nido (under 3) and Casa (3-6) Montessori programmes with an established Montessori core and forest kindergarten. We have a strong outdoor learning provision including food growing and wood-working. Montessori Guide at 3-6 level
with a recognised Montessori certification (AMI preferred) and a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Montessori setting. You will be capable of co-teaching as well as leading in an area of interest; of confidently supporting your key children's holistic development; and collaborating on learning environments. Prior experience leading children's outdoor learning, or Forest School or similar training are an advantage.​

Under-3s Specialist

with a Montessori 0-3 diploma, or;
-
a childcare practice qualification and a minimum of 1 year's experience with the relevant age group, and willingness to completeMontessori certification.
You will be organised with your time, with children's schedules and day to day matters, an excellent communicator, a positive, creative thinker, and a committed advocate of children's holistic development, rights and freedoms.
We are currently recruiting for this role, to start in early 2025.
Montessori Trainees
with a minimum of 3 months experience with under-5s and either enrolled on course leading to a practice qualification or Montessori certification, or completing teaching practice. You will take on a paid role in the nursery while working with a mentor to develop your practice as a Montessori Guide.

Montessori Lead Guides
with an AMI Montessori certification and a minimum of 3 year's experience giving you confidence supporting your key children's holistic development by creating outdoor and indoor learning environments. You will have experience as a team leader, and a coaching disposition that is conducive to promoting unity of practice in the team , including with trainees for whom you may act as mentor/coach.
